1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak periods or new drops, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

Note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Times

We ship from our trusted U.S. and international fulfillment partners. Typical delivery times:

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is automatically applied on qualifying orders (check banner or product pages for current threshold).
  • For orders below the free-shipping limit, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Express and priority options may be available for an additional charge.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

5. Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet all delivery estimates, but sometimes delays can occur due to:

YHSWAGY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always help track and resolve delivery issues quickly.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. If you notice an error, email us immediately — once the order is shipped, we can’t guarantee address changes. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  2. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
  3. If still unresolved, email us — we’ll assist in filing a claim.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Provide your order number and any photos (if applicable).

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.


9. Split Shipments

Sometimes your order may arrive in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.


10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failed delivery attempt, a reshipping fee may apply.

Refunds for undeliverable items will be processed according to our Return Policy.
