01 SHIPPING
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 9–11 days. Every piece is made after you order it, so there's a short production window before it ships. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
How much is shipping?
Free. Every order, every size, no minimum spend.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping is still free.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, check your order status in your account., Use our chat support.
02 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return something?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn with tags still attached. Email info@yhswagy.com and we'll sort it out.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, same 14-day window. Email us and we'll get the right size out to you.
My order arrived damaged.
Email info@yhswagy.com within 7 days with your order number and a couple of photos. Or chat with us. We'll replace it.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 12 hours of ordering, yes. After that it's already in production and we can't pull it back.
03 SIZING AND FIT
How do I pick my size?
Every product page has a size guide with real measurements in inches and centimetres, taken flat. Our fits run oversized on purpose.
I'm between sizes.
Size down for a closer fit, stay true to size for the full oversized look. On the Angel Hoodie, our model is 5'11" and wears a Large.
What does GSM mean?
Grams per square meter — how much a square meter of the fabric weighs. It's the most honest number on a garment, because weight can't be faked by styling or pricing. A standard retail t-shirt is 150–180. A standard retail hoodie is around 300. Our Angel Hoodie is 600 — a 400 GSM shell bonded to a 200 GSM lining.
04 HOW WE MAKE THINGS
Where are your products made?
We work with a long-established garment manufacturer that has been producing for international brands since 1998, with in-house testing laboratories for fabric weight and construction. We don't publish our partner's name — finding a factory that will run 600 GSM properly took a long time, and it's part of how a studio this size competes. What we will tell you is exactly what goes into the garment: the weight, the composition, and the construction are stated on every product page rather than buried in a spec sheet.
Is your manufacturing ethical?
Our manufacturing partner holds BSCI, SEDEX and SLCP certification — three independent social compliance audit schemes covering working hours, wages, safety and workers' rights. These are third-party audits carried out by outside organisations, not claims we make about ourselves. You can look up what each scheme requires.
Will sold-out items come back?
MFRL is our permanent line — those pieces stay available. Drop pieces are different. While a drop is live you can order it. When the drop closes, it's retired and we don't bring it back.
How should I wash it?
Hand wash under 40°C, no bleach, lay flat to dry. Wash inside out to protect the print. Don't tumble dry — heavyweight cotton doesn't like it.
